These terms apply whenever you use this website or ask I Know A Guy ("we", "us", "our") to carry out any work. By using this site or booking work with us, you're agreeing to the terms below.
We carry out landscaping, garden building, and general handyman work, both indoors and outdoors, as described on this site. Any price given for a specific job is a quote for that job, not a fixed rate — final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
Quotes are given upfront based on what's discussed and, where relevant, seen on-site. Payment terms (including any deposit) are agreed with you directly before work starts.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a job, please give as much notice as you can. Any deposit already paid toward materials specifically ordered for your job may not be refundable once those materials have been bought.
You agree to provide accurate information needed to carry out the work (such as site access, any relevant permissions, and a clear description of what's needed), and to give reasonable access to the property for the work to be completed.
We may photograph finished jobs to show on this website and use for marketing. Photos are taken of the work itself, not of you or your family, and we're happy to leave a job out of the gallery on request.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page.
